A decisive criterion for the Great Prize of the Mittelstand is the responsibility that a company bears socially and ecologically. In this area, there was a clear decision by the jurors: Certified by ÖKOPROFIT, the Bonn agency Meavision Media GmbH actively ensures that the environment is protected through sustainable resource savings, and social commitment is also an obligation for all employees in the responsibility of social coexistence in a civilized society.
Thus, Meavision Media supports non-profit organizations such as Lebenshilfe or CJD Bonn, engages in education and training, and promotes a variety of projects in arts and culture. Material donations and employee engagement always go hand in hand under the banner of corporate volunteering. For example, the team voluntarily set up a broad, cross-media public relations campaign for the Children and Youth Hospice Balthasar in Olpe and mobilized additional media partners, so that in the end an advertising budget of well over four million euros was raised.
Often, however, it is also very small initiatives that may be more hidden, but are therefore no less important. With the leap onto the winner's podium of the Great Prize of the Mittelstand, this company hopes, through its managing director and our director for networks, Dr. Elisabeth Decker, to also bring charity projects, nationally and internationally, into the spotlight.
Profile of the Award: The Oskar-Patzelt Foundation annually awards the nationwide renowned business prize "Great Prize of the Mittelstand" to three winners and five finalists from each federal state to honor the outstanding achievements of medium-sized companies.
